Budget Request Submission Form

Use this form to submit a budget request for the organization you represent or to communicate your ideas for outreach, capital improvements, worship and programs or some other area in the life of Trinity that you would like to see included in the 2008 budget. The Vestry will be meeting to discuss the 2008 budget on December 1, 2007. In order to compile all the budget requests, we will need the forms turned in no later than November 15, 2007.
